Welcome to Jtown Hot Yoga

Our Mission

At Jtown Hot Yoga, our mission is simple: to help you feel good in your body and at peace in your mind. Through movement, breath, and community, we give you the tools to create a happier, healthier, more vibrant life on and off the mat.

Our Concept

We believe yoga is for everybody and every body. That’s why we offer a mix of classes to fit your goals and your mood, from traditional yoga to strength and conditioning. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a class and a teacher that meet you exactly where you are.

Why Us

Our teachers are the heart of Jtown. They have gone above and beyond in their training, but what really sets them apart is their passion. They love what they do, and it shows. Their energy is contagious, their encouragement genuine, and their classes always come with a dose of inspiration.

Benefits

“Yoga” means union, and that’s exactly what you’ll feel the moment you walk through our doors. Here, you’re part of a community that moves, sweats, laughs, and grows together. You’ll build strength, find calm, and discover what it means to show up as your best self, one class at a time.

New to Hot Yoga?

You’ve heard about Hot Yoga and now you’re ready to give it a try. Here’s what to expect your first class.

It’s okay to feel unsure. If the postures are confusing at first, don’t worry—we’ve all been there! Just do your best and you’ll still get the full benefits. Some soreness is normal as your body builds strength and flexibility. Come back soon—you’ll catch on quickly!

Arrive early. Come 10–15 minutes before your first class to register and let your teacher know of any injuries or limitations. Bring a yoga mat and large towel—both are available to rent or purchase if needed. Doors lock at the start of class.

The room is heated to help your muscles and joints stretch safely. Your body will adjust with time, so take breaks as needed and move at your own pace.

Hydration is key. Drink water throughout the day and try to practice on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours since your last meal).

Be prepared to sweat. Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing—avoid cotton, which gets heavy when wet.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Margaret Mead
