Definitions
- The Company: JTown Hot Yoga / Minx Distributors LLC / JTown On Demand
- Member: Any person registered via www.jtownhotyoga.com or in person whose membership has been accepted.
- Studio: JTown Hot Yoga locations in Jenkintown, PA and Maple Shade, NJ.
- On Demand: Online classes (live or pre-recorded) offered by JTown Hot Yoga.
- Terms and Conditions: The terms outlined in this document.
- The Company may update these terms at any time. Updates will be shared via email or posted in-studio and online. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Membership Terms
- Monthly memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment unless otherwise noted.
- Pausing a membership incurs a $10 fee.
- To terminate a paused membership, the 2-month minimum must be fulfilled and a termination fee equal to one month’s full membership applies.
- Guest passes are available only for first-time students.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The Company reserves the right to revoke or refuse membership at any time without refund if conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful to the community.
- Members may use studio facilities as available; however, access may be limited for cleaning, repairs, or other necessary interruptions.
- Children under 18 may only attend classes if accompanied by an adult.
- A valid ID must be shown to receive student, senior (64+), military, or first responder discounts.
Studio Access & Etiquette
- Doors lock at the start of class–late entry is not permitted. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.
- Classes are first-come, first-served and subject to capacity.
- Remove shoes before entering; practice is barefoot.
- Silence phones and smartwatches.
- Use respectful silence in the studio to support a focused environment.
- Bring your own yoga mat and towel. Rentals available: $2 for mats / $3 for towels.
- Showers and changing rooms are available at both locations.
- Wear proper attire–clothing must remain opaque when wet. Underwear and bathing suits are not permitted as workout attire.
- No food, alcohol, or vaping or glass in the studio.
- Students must exit the studio within 15 minutes after class ends.
- The Company is not responsible for any personal items brought onto the premises; The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Bookings & Cancellations
- Book classes through the JTown Hot Yoga website or Walla app.
- Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a $10 late cancel/no-show fee.
- Waitlists are managed up to 5 minutes before class starts; spots are assigned in order of waitlist priority and then first-come, first-served.
- Private session cancellations require 48 hours’ notice, or full charges will apply.
- Private class packs expire after 6 months unless otherwise arranged.
Autopay Memberships (Subscriptions)
- Require a minimum 2-month commitment unless otherwise stated.
- Members may request cancellation through the website or Walla app, or by emailing info@jtownhotyoga.com, with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Autopay memberships cannot be purchased and canceled on the same day.
- Canceling before the 2-month commitment is fulfilled results in responsibility for the remaining balance and a $50 administrative fee.
- Subscription pricing may increase with at least 10 business days’ notice via email or posted announcement.
- Subscriptions continue until formally canceled by the member.
- If the registered JTown Hot Yoga location closes, membership remains valid at other locations. If transferring is not possible, a prorated refund based on the full membership rate may be issued.
Discounted Memberships
- All discounted memberships are final sale. No refunds, pauses, or extensions.
- Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
- Mats are not included; members must bring or rent
Fitness & Health
- Always consult your physician before beginning any yoga or fitness program.
- Members must notify staff of any injuries, health conditions, or special needs.
- Participation in classes is at your own risk.
- Follow instructors’ guidance, but listen to your body. You may rest or modify as needed.
- If you perform movements not instructed by JTown Hot Yoga staff, you accept full responsibility for any injury.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for instructor or schedule changes, canceled classes, or unavailable facilities (e.g., showers).
- The Company is not responsible for injuries or health conditions resulting from participation.
- The Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- The Company is not responsible for your safety, belongings, or well-being once you have exited the building.
Studio Hours & Schedule
- Class times and formats are subject to change without notice.
- Updated schedules are available online at www.jtownhotyoga.com.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust programming, instructors, and facilities as needed.
